Understand what is getting in the way
Review your website, local business information, search data, and inquiry path to separate verified issues from assumptions.
Local search, made practical
We help local service businesses identify and fix the most important problems affecting their visibility in Google Search and Maps, then track whether the work improves qualified customer inquiries.
Clear priorities. Approved changes. Reporting you can understand. No ranking guarantees.
Built for local service businesses
For service businesses, visibility is only useful when customers can understand what you offer and take the next step. We focus on practical improvements rather than a long list of technical jargon.
Review your website, local business information, search data, and inquiry path to separate verified issues from assumptions.
Rank opportunities by likely business impact, confidence in the diagnosis, effort, and dependencies. Agree on the work before changes begin.
Record the baseline, log completed work, and report search visibility, website engagement, and qualified inquiries when measurable.
Request an audit to identify practical opportunities. If the review does not uncover worthwhile improvements, we will say so.
Services and scope
Choose a defined starting point. Every engagement begins with an agreed scope, documented findings, and clear expectations about what can—and cannot—be measured.
A structured review of your current online presence and the most important opportunities to improve local discovery and inquiries.
A bounded project to address a small number of high-priority findings from an audit.
Regular maintenance and review for businesses that need continued attention after the initial improvements.
Our workflow
Review the website, business profile, search data, contact path, and agreed competitors. Record the baseline before changes.
Score each opportunity for expected impact, confidence, and effort. Confirm scope and approvals with the owner.
Make approved changes in controlled batches. Log the evidence, publication date, effort, and intended outcome.
Compare results with the baseline, account for other factors, and recommend the next action based on evidence.
Search rankings and impressions are diagnostic indicators, not business outcomes by themselves. We distinguish visibility, website engagement, and qualified inquiries, and only report outcomes that available data supports. Local search results vary by relevance, distance, and prominence; specific positions cannot be guaranteed.
Evidence over promises
We are conducting an initial pilot project to test the audit and implementation process. We will publish a case study only when there is enough evidence to describe what changed and what the results do—and do not—show.
Pilot in progress
Before-and-after claims would be premature before the initial review, approved changes, and measurement window are complete. The pilot will document the business context, starting data, actions taken, implementation time, observed results, and potential confounding factors.
Record the available 28–90 day history, current site and profile condition, and inquiry tracking limitations.
List each approved change, why it was selected, when it went live, and how much effort it required.
Report search, engagement, and lead measures separately; note seasonality and other marketing activity.
Client identity, screenshots, quotes, and business metrics will only be published with explicit permission. Results will not be presented as proof of causation when the evidence only shows an association.
About the founder
I am building a focused local SEO service around clear recommendations, careful implementation, and transparent reporting—not opaque scores or promises that no provider can control.
Experience and credentials
I have experience running a small tutoring business and working directly with clients. That experience informs my focus on clear scope, dependable delivery, practical communication, and measuring whether the work is useful.
This service is being developed through a pilot. I will be explicit about my experience, what has been tested, and where results are still uncertain.
